Apple Peanut Butter Breakfast Bars

A super quick and healthy grab’n go option for breakfast. Trust me, no one missed the #dairy, #butter, or excess #sugar. Try it out and dost @seeloveshare to let me know what you guys think!


INGREDIENTS:

· 3 tbsp #coconut oil, melted

· 1/2 cup #peanut butter (I used creamy but crunchy also works well here!

· 1 tsp #vanilla extract

· 3/4 cup coconut milk

· 1/2 cup #honey

· 1 egg

· 1 tsp baking soda

· 2 tsp #cinnamon

· ½ tsp salt

· 1 1/2 cups #oats

· 1 cup #flour

· 2 medium #apples chopped


INSTRUCTIONS

· In a bowl, combine the coconut oil, peanut butter, vanilla, coconut milk, brown sugar and egg. Mix well.

· Add baking soda, cinnamon, salt, oats and four. Stir until combined but do not overmix. Fold in chopped apples.

· Spoon into a greased 9x9 pan and bake at 375° for 30-35 minutes.

· Let cool and slice up into 12 portions (or 9 if you really like them!)

· Enjoy!
