Materials:White and Red yarn I used HedHeart Super Saver Size H Hook Tapestry needle
Abbreviations:Ch = Chain Sl St = Slip Stitch HDC = Half Double Crochet FPHDC = Front Post Half Double Crochet BPHDC = Back Post Half Double Crochet
Pattern:
With white yarn begin with a magic ring then: Round 1: 8 HDC in ring, join, chain 1 Round 2: 2 HDC in each around, join, chain 1 (16 HDC) Round 3: 2 HDC in first stitch, HDC in next, repeat around, join, chain 1(24 HDC) Round 4: 2 HDC in first stitch, HDC in next 2, repeat around, join, chain 1 (32 HDC) Round 5: 2 HDC in first stitch, HDC in next 3, repeat around, join, chain 1 (40 HDC) Round 6: 2 HDC in first stitch, HDC in next 4, repeat around, join, chain 1 (48 HDC) Round 7: 2 HDC in first stitch, HDC in next 5, repeat around, join, chain 1 (56 HDC) Round 8: 2 HDC in first stitch, HDC in next 13, repeat around, join, chain 1 (60 HDC) Round 9 – 16: HDC in each stitch around, join, chain 1 (60 HDC)
Change color to Red
Round 17 – 23: FPHDC in first stitch, BPHDC in next, repeat around, join, chain 1 (60) Fasten off and weave in ends.
