Ingredients:
1/4 cup cilantro
1 tbsp garlic
1 1/2in piece of fresh ginger, peeled
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp lime juice
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Olive oil
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
Instructions:
Place everything in a blender and blend until smooth
Enjoy with fresh springrolls!
